By listing a domain name on DomainAuctions, whether via auction or Buy It Now (BIN), you ("the Seller") enter into a binding agreement to sell the domain to a successful Buyer under the terms set out below.
Upon receiving full payment from the Buyer, the Seller must initiate the transfer of the domain name within 48 hours. The transfer must be completed through the appropriate registrar transfer process, including unlocking the domain and providing any required authorisation codes.
If the Seller fails to honour the sale and transfer the domain within 48 hours of receiving payment:
By listing a domain, the Seller warrants that:
The Seller is responsible for ensuring all listing details are accurate, including the domain name and pricing. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
For domains listed via auction, the Seller agrees to sell to the highest bidder at auction close. The Seller may not withdraw or cancel an auction once bids have been placed.
For domains listed with a Buy It Now price, the Seller agrees to sell at the listed price to the first Buyer who confirms the purchase. Once a BIN purchase is confirmed, the sale is binding.
These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
